Change pending orders to be instant market for my ea

I want resolve this error:

2013.05.31 18:24:52    expert advisor  EURUSD,M30: invalid stoploss for OrderSend function

2013.05.31 18:24:52     expert advisor  EURUSD,M30: invalid takeprofit for OrderSend function

My ea rules use the fractal indicator and put pending orders  like : buy stop and sell stop  , I want change to be instant market orders and Provided that this does not affect the back test  results ( I want same pending orders convert to instant market orders )

I will attach the ea in privet with programmer .
