Martingale Strategy EA

I am looking to build an EA to use on Meta trader 4 and trading Forex using Martingale Strategy Trading. It should work as follow:

It open initial trade at a pre set size on any direction based on RSI indicator signal to buy or sell. following a pre set SL & TP. If the trade hit SL, the EA should open double the last size used in last trade taking the opposite trade direction using the pre set SL & TP. (RSI not used any more as long the trades keep hitting the SL)

example, if RSI give a sell signal and the pre set initial trade size is 0.1 lot and SL= 50 Point & TP=50 point. the trade hit the SL, immediately it should open a buy trade with 0.2 size using same SL & TP. If it hit again SL, it should open a new sell trade for 0.4 lot, and keep opening trades taking the opposite direction till it hit TP. once TP reach it close the trade and reopen one again at the initial size (0.1) once it get a new trading signal.

If TP not hit it should keep doubling the size, 0.1 , 0.2, 0.4 , o.8 , 1.6 , 3.2, ........

RSI Signal only used to open the 1st trade ONLY

Need to have the following parameters in the EA:

1. Custom initial Lot size
   
2. Allow to trade on different pairs  or time frames charts using magic number
   
3. Auto detect 4/5 digits and support different kind of brokers.
4. Trade Week Day Filter, only trade on specific days or not.
   
5. Trade Time Filter, trade on a specific time period
   
6. Normal TakeProfit/StopLoss with ECNBroker support or fixed broker support and a Stealth Mode feature to hide TP/SL from the broker.
7. Trail Stop/profit feature in points for SL and TP to move the SL or the TP for the opened trades.
8. Error Recovery to protect from errors like context busy,  price re-quotes.
9. To decide about the slippage max allowed number of points.
10. Offering a choice to use with Stealth Mode to hide SL & TP from the broker
11. can decide about RSI level to use as trade signal (example: Sell signal if RSI > 70% or anly if > 80% , . . . .  AND Buy signal if RSI < 30%, or 2%, .....)
