EA/Trading Robot using 6 Customs indicators

I'm looking for an EA/Trading Robot (Mt4 & Mt5 along with the .dll files) to be created using 6 Customs indicators which should open and close trades automatically. I will provide only .ex4 files I DO NOT have .mq4 files.

I also need a Market Scanner from which the developed EA should takes the trades. Money Management should be included.

Also provide Manual "One click trading" option on the chart to instantly enter & exit the trades manually.  (Buy sell button chart for order execution)

**Source Code Should be Provided (.mq4 files). .dll (for Login and Password.)
