EA for buy/sell at extreme levels

 I am thinking about new EA. It's very simple. It open buy or sell at extreme distances of moving average. If price is above MA more than X pips than open SELL order, if below open BUY order. There should be more levels. For example 5. And lot size for each of that level. Example, level 1=100 pips with 0.1lot, level2=200 pips with 0.2lot etc... trade close could be defined by cumulative profit (fix or %) from all of trades opened in one direction. There should be some stop loss, the same principle (fix or %). There could be another MA as a filter. Filter shoud be also in different timeframe. For example, EA works on H1 but check if price is below/above MA on D1 timeframe. Is't possible? Thanks D.
