Create a breakout EA for MT4

Dear all

I'm looking for someone who can create the following EA:

Step1

EA identifies Support and Resistance 

It does that by counting candlesticks

Example: 2 candles right and 10 candles left from the highest or lowest price

If within this range there is no higher or lower level it becomes support/resistance

Otherwise it is not valid

Step 2

EA opens orders after candlestick closes below or above those support/resistance levels.

EA should not open a position until the candle closes.

A fix S/L and T/P should be set when a trade is opened. (S/L and T/P adjustable)

A trailing s/l should be included  Start trailing after X pips in profit Every x Pips in my favour the EA adjusts the S/L by X Pips

That's all I need the EA to do.

It should work for the Forex market on every time frame.

As I want to run it on several pairs I need to be able to type in several magic numbers.
