Looking to setup this auto trader.

B.B. are set to 20,2. When a candle closes above the B.B., I want to open a trade. When the candle closes lower then the B.B. I want to open a trade. I only want one trade open at a time though, so I want it to check to see if there are any open positions first. I want want to be able to set the lot size for the position. I want the position to close if the position goes two pips into loss. If it goes to profit, I want it to create a trailing stop loss once it is one pip in profit, move stop loss to breakeven. Then every 0.2 points it goes up, I want it to move the stop lose 0.2 points up.
