Create an EA based on specific indicator

I would like to hire someone to create an EA based on Bressert  blue line 20 momentum line indicator ON ALL TIME FRAMES

I have changed settings ON BRESSERT INDICATOR to get in earlier green buy line 16  red sell line 84  and blue momentum line 17.

FOR SELLS When blue line goes up through red 84 sell line then turns down back through red sell line a sell position is placed for stop and profit stop we use ATR 14 ON ALL TIME FRAMES.

FOR BUYS when blue line goes down through green buy line then comes back up through green buy line a buy position is opened stop and profit stop are ATR 14 ON ALL TIME FRAMES.

We also have a trail setting to use if we don't use ATR14

We use FIBONACCI SETTINGS 1-2-3-5-8-13-21-34 SO IF FIRST LOT OR MICRO LOT LOSES SAY FIRST IS 1 LOT WE GO 2 LOTS THEN 3 LOTS 5 AN SO ON ONCE WON WE GO BACK TO 1 LOT and  START AGAIN
