We need an EA for trading two fast moving averages in major currencies. 

The EA needs to:  1) begin and end at a specified times each week, 2) trading between these times will be “always in,” 3)  periodically (daily, twice daily) multiply a given percentage against the current trading account to determine the new number of lots to continue, and 4) provide an easy way to manually change this percentage.

We need the source code as well as the compiled program and we need to legally be able to use this EA on several computers.

We will provide additional information including:  1) specifics of the moving averages, 2) screen dumps, and 3) tables of manual back trading.
