Indicator to output data to two files

I need an EA / Indicator to output trade order data to two different files. (my preference is an indicator, that runs in the background)

The first file will be a list of currently opened trades:  It will need to export the following to CSV format

1. Date/time opened
2. Type, size (Buy/Sell)
3. Symbol
4, Lot size
5. Open price
6. Any TP Set
7, Any SL Set
8. Current price
9  Current profit/loss in $
10. Current profit/loss and pips
11. The Timeframe the trade was opened on (normally would be M5 for me)
12. The number of candles that have passed on that timeframe since open, eg if it's been open 15 minutes, it should show 3 for M5
13. MAE
14. Time of MAE
15. Number of candles on timeframe to MAE
16. MFE
17. Time of MFE
18. Number of candles on timeframe to MFE

Note: Maximum Favorable Excursion (MFE)– is a maximal unrealized profit during the period. - I want to know at any given time, the maximum this trade has been in profit, in pips.
Maximum Adverse Excursion (MAE)– is a maximal unrealized loss during the period - I want to know through the duration of the trade, the maximum drawdown this trade has had in pips.

This file needs to be updated every 1 minute OR as new trades are placed or closed.  This file needs to be accessible to Excel and therefore must be open and closed quickly.

The second file is simply a log of all trades closed while the indicator has been running, a new line will be created at the close of any trade with the below information on that trade.  It does not need to go through the history and calculate this data.

Looking for it to be done sooner, rather than later.
