Alerts for my trading strategy

Here, in this document I am providing the requirements of my strategy. I have listed setup first and then both buy & sell alert conditions. I also had provided pictures for your reference with this document (in zip file). I trade in NSE equity in India. I have around 200 stocks list. I need instant buy and sell alerts of these stocks on MT4 platform, and email whenever below said buy and sell conditions are satisfied. The alerts should come on every 5min for the stock from the watch list who satisfies given conditions irrespective of the chart of that stock is open or not. Reference for “how an alert should lookalike” is also attached in the zip file. And once alert is generated for a stock then there shouldn't be any repetition of alert for that stock in current day except that stock’s BO1 low or high is broken and again it gives the breakout as per said conditions in the buy and sell section.
