Orders that track the price at a certain distance and time

if i have distance 30 and 2 seconds latency, example : price 6470.50  buy order @ 6500.50 and sell order @ 6440.50 and wait 2 seconds to change of new price if need and order follow the new price, put new order and wait 2 second.... and so on

if one of the orders are activated the other one close until the transaction closes

-money management ( entry price, Example: If i will set 0.1 lot per 100$ then: if balance = 500$, it will open 0.5 lots )
