Develop New Indicator to filter the arrow of existing Indicator (existing arrow indicator is non-repaint)

There are 2 Indicators:

• 1.ex4 (MA Channel)
• 2.ex4 (Non Repaint Alert Arrow)... arrow may repaint whole candle is forming.. but doesnt repaint after closing of candle.

I would like you to develop an Indicator for me so that:

Condition - 1: (only arrow to be considered which touches the MA channel)

• If Candle (Wick or Body) touches red line and "if there is arrow on the closing of same candle (which touches the line) or within range of next 5 candles " then fire "Sell" alert at opening of next candle.
• If Candle (Wick or Body) touches green line and "if there is arrow on the closing of same candle (which touches the line) or within range of next 5 candles " then give "Buy" alert at opening of next candle.

Condition - 2: (each arrow to be considered)

• At closing of that candle if there is red arrow alert then give "Sell" alert at opening of next candle.
• At closing of that candle if there is green arrow alert then give "Buy" alert at opening of next candle.

Inputs in New Indicator:

1. MA Channel Filter - True/False   (If True, use condition-1, if false use condition-2)

2. Range of Candle -  <number>
3. Alert - True/False
4. Alert Sound - True/False
5. Sell Arrow Color
6. Buy Arrow Color

Buy/Up buffer - 0

Sell/Down buffer - 1
