Spécifications

I want a simple indicator to alert me (via email + pop + beep) to a condition when two bars form tails and hit the simple 200MA in any part of the bar. 

The tail must be greater than 50% of the bar body.

The two tail bars must occur within 6 bars of each other.

The two bars ideally should touch the 200MA but I'd like a tolerance factor built in to say if either bar comes within X pips then class is as a touch. 

Needs to be usable on any symbol , any time frame  . Its the simple 200ma of that time frame.
