Requiring an EA that allows the trader to choose from any market or pending orders on a pair and the EA will profit lock for those selected orders only.   Profit lock would work by setting the % to lock after it moved a certain amount.  That is, lock 1% if the profit reaches 1.5%.   

So, for example, if there are the following open orders: ABCDEF

And some pending orders: ghijk

The trader could chose to close: ABCghi if their combined profit reaches 1 percent and retraces to 0.75%

At the same time they could also specify that basket DEFjk be closed at 2% after it reaches 2.1%.

I am negotiable on budget and will consider basic approaches (such as manually entering the ticket numbers) to more advanced user-friendly options such as checking boxes on GUI or whatever you can come up with.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
