An Expert Advisor Based On Two Moving Averages And A Two Candle Formation

I am looking to get my EA coded within the next 7 - 10 days. The EA will look for a two candle formation above or below two moving averages and then place a pending long or pending short trade (long if above the two moving averages and short if below the two moving averages) It cannot take signals that happen between the two moving averages.

Once in a trade it will use a trailing stop with no fixed take profit moving the trade to break even at a given risk / reward ratio. Once a trade is at break even the EA can again look for entry signals.

Variables:

- I want to be able to change at what point the trade is moved to break even, e.g @ 2:1, 3:1, 4:1 etc

- I want to be able to change how the stop loss trails, in regards to the risk to reward ratio e.g when a candle closes past 5:1 the stop loss moves to 3:1 then when the candle closes past 6:1 the stop loss moves to 4:1 etc etc. So once price closes past X : 1 the stop loss is moved to X : 1 , the X values being the variable I can change.

- I want to be able to control how much of the account is risked per trade (account % per trade, 0.5%, 1% etc etc)

- I want to be able to determine the maximum size (in pips) of the signal candles (this is to prevent signals on large candles from news spikes etc triggering trades) So:

Max pips for candle 1 = X

Max pips for candle 2 = X

I have a fully detailed explanation with screenshots to send once agreed so it should be fairly simple.
