Create Expert using 3 indicator (2 custom, 1 default indicator) and have 4 lot calculation mode (lot progression)

I need a programmer to code an EA that will open an order based on arrow signal of my indicator (Setindex buffer codes are included in EX4 files)

Details of indicator:

1. ScalarArrow: this will be an order trigger, it will show up and down arrow, on the beginning of candle

2. ScalarHistogram: this histogram indicator only for filtering trades. (confirm LONG when +1, confirm SHORT when -1)

3. CCI: this will be another filter for trade entry. (set parameter above or below XXX value, to confirm short and long position)

Expert features:

1. EA will open trade once the arrow has appear and confirmed by scalarhistogram and CCI, re-entry opposite when valid

2. EA has 3 option for lot calculation (detail described below)

3. Set the indicator parameter in the EA itself. (ScalarArrow: 3 parameter, ScalarHistogram: 3 parameter, CCI: Period parameter)

4. Trade information panel: lot progression status, signal and confirmation from indicators

5. I can set the TP and SL manually. EA still close trade based on the based logic, but it can close earlier if reach TP or SL at first

6. Only one trade at a time

7. magic number and set comment, I will use this on multiple chart

Exit trades option:

1. Arrow on the opposite signal, EA also re-entry opposite signal if the exit arrow confirmed by those two filtering indicators.

2. stoploss level based on low of XXX previous candle (custom parameter)

3. stoploss based on percentage of ATR

4. SAFETY stoploss (this will be set as a hard stoploss value, trades either be close when reach this value OR opposite signal is appeared) THIS WILL BE FILLED ALL THE TIME

Lot calculation/ progression:

1. fix lot

2. Percentage of equity based on stoploss (using this function, we necessary to set a stoploss level based on the exit trade option described above)

3. Fibonacci Progression Multiplier (1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,etc) : RESET WHEN REACH NEW HIGH OF BALANCE

4. Oscard Grinds Progression (stay on same level when loss, +1 unit when win) : RESET WHEN REACH NEW HIGH OF BALANCE

Its important for me to have lot progression feature on my EA work well. If you are not sure how is the logic of fibonacci progression and oscar grinds, we can discuss later, I can also sent some excel sheet for explanation of that lot progression)
