Build an EA based on price action with breakout strategy

I want to build an EA based on price action using breakout & high and low of each candle ( mainly daily) with following parameters continue buying/selling option, using previous 3rd candle high low as hidden SL & move automatically at the end of each day ,  TP, either at set pips or at set time, Pending order at set pips, lock my profit at set pips, lock in pips at set pips, trailing stop start at set pips, trailing step at set  pips , close all trades at set profit in $ or at set time, auto lot increase, money management advice, all 3 types of alert available SMS, email and pop up .

 on-screen display: currency strength meter, current spread, current pair name, current local & broker time, candle close time, show trade open price, show set tp price, show set SL price, show set lock profit price, show account balance, show floating profit for each pair individually and able to adjust text, size, and colour of display.
