Develop a scanner for a Dashboard + automatisation

it seems that re-coding the dashboard I use is too hard for many coders here, so I have a different approach:

To me it would be quite enough, if you could create some sort of scanner, who scans the important boxes (numbers) of the dashboard and trades automatically /gives me signals when rules are met!

There are three tables presenting the main currency pairs and where at least x currency pairs of the same main currency have to met the criteria at the same time to be traded, consisting out of

1) 8 values for daily strength (additionally 8 values for weekly strength) > picking main trending curreny

2) 28 values for daily percentage change and 28 values for daily pip change > detecting most favorable curreny pairs

3) 8 symbols for up/down arrow > last confirmation

It is important that x (by default 4) out of 7 currency pairs meet the same criteria, before to be traded / signal.

Last it is also important that when letting the scanner work automatically (ea), a timer is integrated (start/end) and of course stop loss, trailing stop and take profit settings, also not more than x consecutive losses / not more loss than % account balance.
