I need an Expert Advisor

Hi everyone! I need an Expert Advisor which will automatically create multiple pending orders. The orders should have stop loss and take profit values. Once a position is opened the robot shouldn't open the same position if the price  reaches the open price again. Once the position is closed the robot should create a new pending order with the exact same parameters. I should be able to create multiple pending orders and change the position size, opening price, stop loss and take profit values.

Here is a specific example:

1. Attach EA to EURUSD chart;

2. Automatically create a pending order for BUY LIMIT of 1 lot at 1.20000;

3. Automatically assign STOP LOSS at 1.19500 and TAKE PROFIT at 1.21000;

3. Once the position is opened the robot shouldn't open the same position if the price reaches 1.20000 again;

4. Once the position is closed at profit or loss the robot should open the exact same position.
