Seeking EXPERIENCED programmer to build RENKO EA

The EA needs to work on Renko Charts and place trades based on a Signal Indicator which must then be filtered first through Moving Averages (up to six of them) and second through three other Indicators. There will also be some custom TP / SL and Exit criteria required. The EA itself must be able to execute very fast and be capable of dealing with volatility and exceptions/errors.

I am willing to pay good money for the right candidate who must:

§  Have significant coding experience in MQL4

§  Have experience coding EA/Indicators for use with RENKO Charts

§  Write high quality and clear working code

§  Be an innovative problem solver who seeks solutions to overcome challenges 

§  Be available and very responsive to communications

§  Deliver on promises

§  Maintain confidentiality in terms of trading strategies and ideas

§  Provide attentive service and not get distracted working on other projects

I can split the project into different phases. Overall would like it completed in a maximum of 7 weeks. I am willing to wait for the right candidate.
