2 Ema Crossing Expert with calculated Stop Loss on multiple time frames

Dear programmers,

i need an Expert which opens and closes trades on the cross of 2 Emas with a calculated stop loss. The Expert should work on multiple timeframes for the same symbol. 

The Expert should open a long trade when the faster ema crosses the slower ema from bottom to the top at the close of the candle, where the signal is generated, and a short trade when the faster ema crosses the slower ema from top to bottom at the close of a candle, where the signal is generated. 

Take Profit should be the opposite signal, no matter if in profit or loss and a calculated stop loss for the position. So that the trade will be either closed on the opposite signal or on hitting the calculated stop loss. But both have to be always active.

The stop loss should be calculated in the following way: Long Position "Current Price"-(2xATR); Short Position "Current Price"+(2xATR)

The lotsize, emas and atr settings should be variable in the Settingstab of the expert.
