Debugging a visual trendline sl+tp EA, and add an email sending function (it is an other ea,than my previous job)

I have a trend line-visualtrader ea, wich has two bugs:

1. it doesn't open positions at the sl and the tp trendlines when close the actual price it.,
2. need an email notification for it. (it have to works with any gmail account, too)

the ea functions are:

it displays a red sl line, and a green tp trendline right after the ae turned on.

I can move this lines with drag&drops, and the sl/tp order values change right a new tick arrives..

I need to this: it shows the tp/sl distances in pips, below the lines, at the opening candle.

I need to this: the ea can send me email notifications with the important events..:position closing, or errors..

(it works correctly before, but I dont know, why become it wrong...maybe my broker changed to ecn? )

ea error message is: "the number of try reach the maximum allowed"

it shows the money management parameters on the top left corner:

• max risk per account / symbol:  $...../$....

the new funkction, what I need:
