Create EA based on binary options indicator

I would like to request an expert advisor build on an indicator which is sold in the market called Pipfinite binary option indicator. The expert would have the ability to open and close position when there is signal and close based on current timeframe. Any source code will be provided as per agreement of the seller of the product. The expert will also have the ability to multiply order size whenever there is a loss on previous position by the multiplier of 2, 4, 6 and so on for the next order.
