Crossplatform copy trader EA

Hello All,

I want to build a software that is an EA which can be installed on the MT4 platform.

This software will have the following capability:

1) the EA is connected to a server that can copy multple trades from multiple accounts (leader master accounts, send signal end);

2) the follower can install the EA (client receiving end) on his MT4 and open up the EA on the MT4 platform to choose which leader he can follow (can select more than 1 leader, set either percentage lots to be opened on his account or a fixed amount). The ranking table must be opened from a button on the chart in MT4 platform and must be within platform (not opening a web browser);

3) the software should be able to resold with license control. A licensed buyer should have a web based back office, that will allow him to control which clients can see the leaders or not. For example, If he allow this client, the EA will work on his MT4 and he will see signals. If not, in the back office he deny his access;

4) on the leaders board, the client will be able to see which leader he can follow, the monthly, yearly return of the leader, how much money is in his account;

5) the software is usable across all mt4 platforms, does not have to be exclusive to one platform. For example, the leader can be a trader with GKFX, but signal receiver is a client of BMFN.
