Spécifications

This is an EA that will calculate price percentage change based on time-based reference point, the EA will be able to determine currency strength or weakness and open trades based on a set of conditions, the EA will be coded to recognize currency strength or weakness which the main strong point of this EA. More details to the developer. This is a complex project so I require a very experienced programmer, I prefer a programmer that has completed upwards of 300 jobs. Thank you.
