I need the attached MT4 Indicator converted into an Expert Advisor.

When the alert indicates buy or sell, the EA must first close any open trades and then immediately open a new trade in the direction of the alert. 

Open trades must always close first because of FIFO rules and also to prevent margin calls. 

The EA must automatically set a stop loss every time it opens a trade. Default stop loss should be set at 100 pips, but I need to be able to change the value of the stop loss in the EA.

The EA must automatically set a take profit every time it opens a trade. Default take profit should be set at 999 pips, but I need to be able to change the value of the take profit in the EA. 

The EA needs to automatically set the lot size based on my account balance. The default lot size should be set at .01 lot per $100 in my trading account, but I need to be able to adjust it. e.g. .01 per $120 in my account.

The EA must have the same Inputs tab options as the indicator, and I need to be able to change the values like I can in the indicator. 

I need the option to be able to restrict the times that the EA can open trades. For example, I could allow the EA to open trades anytime, or I could restrict the EA to only opening trades between certain times e.g. 11:51 pm to 3:16 am. This time component should correspond to the time zone of the computer it is installed on. The EA should ALWAYS be able to close an open trade if it receives a sell signal on an already open buy trade, or if it receives a buy signal on an already open sell trade. 

You must email the completed EA, including the modified .mq4 source file, to me for testing within 10 days after I email you the original .mq4 file.  Time is of the essence.
