Spécifications

I need an EA that will place a buy and/or sell stop (need to be able to decide one or both)  a specified number of pips from market price. The stop should follow the market to remain the same number of pips away until filled. Stop loss should be optional. Once filled a stop loss should be added at breakeven point when the order is a given number of pips in profit. Once the stop loss is in place a new buy/sell stop should be placed with the same parameters. 

That's it.
