Smaple ea want to Demark indicator base

I want one very simple EA  to want the indicaor base 

Custom Indicator: DeMark  Default Setting 14 

Buy order: Demart 0.3 cross below to up open buy order  tick data open multiple order 

sell order: Demark 0.7 cross above to  down open sell order open tick data open multiple order
