Macd parabolic sar ma combine ea development

I will provide specific setting for MACD, MA, PARABOLIC indicators once i approve you. However, the function of the ea is as described below. Open your bid if you can build ea according to below specified conditions.

CONDITION TO OPEN SELL ORDER
01. MACD bar should be below from the 0 level
02. MA line should be up then the price candle
03. Parabolic SAR should be up from the price candle but below the MA line.
04. Above all 01., 02., 03. condition should apply at same place to open sell position.

CONDITION TO EXIT ORDER
01. SL at -250 pip (ea setting parameter make it modifiable but default 250)
02. Price candle croses MA line and atleast one candle close below MA Line . 
03. After MACD bar goes up from the o level then, after that when continously 4 buy price candle closes. close position at closing of 4th price candle.
04. condition 01., 02., 03. applies which ever one come at first.

CONDITION TO OPEN SELL ORDER
same as sell order condition but opposite

CONDITION TO EXIT ORDER
same as sell order condition but opposite

EA APPLY RULE
01. When i apply ea to one pair it should automatically apply to other pairs which i will provide you
02. i will give template and list of indicators so ea should be designed in a same color combination of template and same specific setting of indicators that i provide.
03. ea should draw line from entry to exit point
04. Within a single pair, ea won't open multiple order till previous open order is closed and price crosses MA line.

PROFIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT
01. Equity below $1000 usd, EA open one single buy or sell order from the list of pairs which ever meets condition to open position at first.
02. Equity $2000 usd, EA can open two buy or sell order from multiple pairs from the list of pairs which ever meets condition to open position at first.
03. Equity $3000 usd, EA can open three buy or sell order from multiple pairs from the list of pairs which ever meets condition to open position at first.
04. Accordingly make system for up to Equity $15,000 usd
05. Lot size (position size) make ea setting parameter editable so it can be modified but default make it 0.01 micro lot size. Find or make a way to automatically update same lot size (position size) to all ea applied pairs after it updated in one single pairs.

SECURITY
Find or make a system (explain about your system first) so it wont work after applying it to mt4 until i grant them permission to function the EA. (if you have confusion in this section i will guide you on how to develop)
