Needs help to build one simple EA using one indicator

Hi:

I needs help to build one simple EA, the idea is pretty simply, this time the EA will use bollinger bands, there will be three line at chart, to make it easy, let's see up, middle, and low, when the close price of one kindle above the up line and the next kindle's close price is below the up line we open the short position, and  when the close price of one kindle below the low line and the next kindle's close price is above the low line we open the long position. In order to make it useable, I also adds more conditions to control the closing position. Since the EA is so easy to make, I will choose the candiate base on two more option:

1) who can adds more defult feature to the EA, such as. Trailing Stop, Break Even, Money Management option and so on

2) who can High speed of operation, testing and optimization and do the optimization of any parameters. Even later I needs to run optimization for some other currencys help me to get the optimization results for free of charge
