Standing order generator

Hello, I'm looking for someone who could make an EA that generates standing orders. I have a custom indicator with fractal levels that will need to be added to EA to generate those standing orders.

Orders will need to have a set interval(in EA settings) starting from indicator last fractal high. And when the price is below fractal low, will need to generate interval x multiplier (set in EA settings).
To calculate lot size will need 2 settings in EA - Base Balance(BB) and Base Lot(BL), and calculated (Equity/BB)BL= lot size

Some settings for EA: 
Base Balance
Base Lot
Take Profit
Stop Loss
Interval <- in price not pips, for example if price movement for 0.01000 , but can be 15 for $15
Interval multiplier
Max standing orders
Max at Level <- To limit too many duplicated trades, but one standing order at a time, only apply this if the trade is already executed, then add another if required.
