MTF Supply and Demand scanner/dashboard with MTF RSI filter

Introduction: I'm looking to make this possible from a top coder with a fair pricing. Here is how this will work. When price enters a supply or demand zones it gives the first alert then it gives a second alert to actually buy or sell when price is exiting the zone and the MTF RSI is either 1) exiting OB/OS zones,2) crossing below or above 50 and 3) entering OB/OS zones. Sounds confusing well let's break it down. Let me say for example in a 30mins USD/JPY for a sell, when price enters the supply zone it will give an alert such as "price entering supply zone  USD/JPY 30M prepare to sell USDJPY" then the second alert will only happen when the selected MTF RSI( in this case I selected a 2 period RSI for the current TF 30M, 1H and 4HR) drops below the OB, crosses below 50 from above or entering OS from above, then this second alert will be something like "sell USDJPY 30M"  as long as prices have started to exit the Supply zone. You might want to ask questions before embarking on this project and the final file will be delivered in mq4 and not ex4. Please try and make it resource friendly. There are some free MTF RSI online and Sup and dem indicator, but if u need them, I can add

U‌se default 28 pairs.. True or false. If false is selected I will manually enter the pairs the be scanned below and separated with a comma or use a drop down menu

T‌ime frames to scan for supply and demand zones. From a drop down menu or separated with a comma or semi colon. I can choose what time frames I need to be scanned

R‌SI time frames for buy and sell..So if I selected a 5mins , a 15mins and a 30mins supply and demand zones I will then add the what time frames RSI to actually do the buy or sell so I selected 

5‌mins, RSI Time frame to buy or sell 5mins, 15mins and 30mins

1‌5mins RSi time frame to buy or sell  15, 30, 60

3‌0mins RSI time frames to buy or sell 30, 60, 240

R‌SI period= 2 default can be user selected‌

R‌SI OB/OS  70,30 default  but can user selected

‌Alerts on current candle yes/no... if no is selected it means on closed candle. 

U‌se only fresh zones T/F.. fresh zones are zones that have not been entered before if false is selected, it will give alerts on any zones

Use combined time frame alerts only for Supply and demand entering true or false. If True is selected it will only give an alert when  price is entering the supply or demand zone at the same time in a minimum of 2 time frames and ignore single time frame alerts. As the example above when price is entering a sup or dem zone in both the 5mins and 15mins it will give an alert!

U‌se single time frame alerts only for supply and demand entering, true or false. If set to true if will ignore combined time frame alerts and give only alerts for single TF

Use both combined time frames and single time frames for supply and demand zones entering True or false( This is literally combining 1 and 2 above) if set to true.. 

I‌ can only use one of the 3 as true

‌‌Use the 5 candle rule  True or false

Alerts ‌/sound and pop inside mt4 yes or no

notification yes or no

E‌mail yes or no 

E‌XIT SIGNAL.. I only have one exit signal for the indicator which is to give an alert when the selected TF crosses back above 50 from below for exit sell or crosses below 50 from above for exit buy I.e "exit USDJPY sell 30M".  

N‌ow here is what I came up with it is called a  " 5 Candle Rule" When this option is selected the dash/scanner will ignore any buy or sell signal after the 5th candle that entered the supply or demand zone. The first candle is the first one to enter the zones and if by the 5th candle the MTF rsi have not done their jobs for buy or sell, the zone should not be scanned anymore for signals until the next time price enters the zone I do this because there are still other 27 pairs to scan for

I‌'m enclosing 2 charts to explain the five candle and the entering of the zones and u can actually see  the possible 3 sell or buy signals with the combined MTF RSI. The RSI actually work like any RSI dashboard dashboard that uses OB and OS as signals  but I'm using 3 buy or sell signals, OB, OS and 50 cross. Best of luck Guys!!
