Want to Create a new Currency FX Pairs Meter indicator with my specifications

I have used an indicator in the past that is a FX Meter for pairs strength and weakness however this meter groups all top linked pairs together in each linked meter box as example for the eur box would be (EUR/GBP, EUR/AUD, EUR/NZD, EUR/USD, EUR/CAD, EUR/CHF, EUR/JPY) together in one box and strength will fluctuate accordingly to conditions in each box, furthermore I can identify the strongest grouping are all selling or buying and meeting a largest enough percentage vs another groupings percentage and allowing the selection of not only the best grouping but pair inside. I would want Alerts for suited pairs meeting criteria. I can supply several pictures and information of this design that was once functional. There is no code for this so will have to be built from the instructions in a manual and pictures to be provided after acceptance of this job. This is my first job order but have several other requests after this completion.
