EA to trade Bollinger bands

I need an EA to trade with signal from some indicators as follows, screenshots attached for more details. 

General settings:

- EA will work on defined symbols  in its settings (5 symbols  Max)

- Support magic number

- Max number of orders

- Max total lot size

- Use Stochastic or not

Indicators used:

- Bollinger bands (Parameters configurable)

- Stochastic (Parameters configurable)

Signal:

- Once candle closes outside bollinger band edges (high or low) 

- Wait for next candle, if it closes inside bollinger band (with extra N pips, configurable in EA)

- Look for Stochastic signal, it if is over bought or over sold this is valid signal

Entry: 

- Enter next candle open

- SL will be N pips above/below the signal candle (which closed outside bollinger)

- TP will be either fixed pips, or ratio to SL (for example 1:3 mean 1:3 risk reward)

Position calculation:

- Lot size should be calculated as risk percentage, or fixed (configured in settings)

EA will be delivered with source code, I need clean code, documented for later modification, rating will be based on this.
