Full description of the buy/sell conditions (with chart examples) as well as exits, trade management and input variables required are in the attached word document.
Example of the entry conditions and trade management parameters I need are below (detailed more thoroughly in the word document)
1.
Using ADR, Todays range should NOT exceed the 5 day to 30 day range
2. MA
Histogram is BLUE
3. Price
touch or go Below lower MA band (Pink Line)
4. DSS
Dots went below 20 and color turns PINK
5. Enter
when DSS becomes BLUE and bar is closed
6. Dont
trade when PA is near Upper target band.

Parameters:
Fixed Lot Size
Risk % per trade (based off account balance or based of a fixed
amount inputted by user in settings)
Magic Number
Commission (in pips) is added to the SL value (so SL includes
actual theoretical loss including commission)
Entry is taken via market order after the bar close gives a valid
entry signal. There should be a spread check before opening the order and a
re-check of rates against the bar close. If spread > user value for this
field then do not open the trade.
If (for a long) current ask – bar close > slippage (user value
in pips) then don’t open the order.
The EA should keep re-trying for x minutes against these spread
and slippage conditions and then give up
