this is a simple thing, i do have 2 Indicators which do deliver data values.

 

i want a Alert to be issued if some of the variables do change (very simple logic .. i can make a drawing, its just 2 rules for Bullish and 2 for bearish. if they match .. shake the tree .. very simple 

the indicators however are not open source, but i can see the values in the data window (hope that works anyway) ... only ex4 files avaiable.

 

Rule 1 : if Value A change from nothing to somethings .. ana few ticks later it change back to somethings

plus indicator2 value a change from nothing to somethings ..  if both meet ... alert me.

 

the other rule is the same just with different values very simple thing ..

i just need a basic construction actually ...

so if someone can write me the code to get the data and make 1 rule ... that would work for me already .. i can do the rest myself ..
