EA based on Fractal levels and MA

Hello,

 I have a custom built indicator (Fractal levels + MA), that would be the base of the EA(will provide the indicator to the successful candidate).

The positions should be opened regards to risk calculation
A -  % (set in EA settings) of the free margin
B - points between Fractals + entry point
C - point value on current instrument.

This is sell signal example 

Formula is - A/(B*C)= lot size

In previous example for short potion -  
A = $30
C = $0.50 B+entry point = 100 points $30/(100*0.50)= 0.6 Lots

In EA settings -

Have a choice to use MA or not.

Also I would like to have choices to choose in EA settings to enter the position.
1) when candle close above or below Fractal level and next candle open on the same side of the Fractal level
2) optional - if price crosses Fractal level and and continues in the same direction for set amount of points(set in EA settings).

S/L to be set on the opposite Fractal level or trailing stop.
T/P to be set.

Also a second trade option, I mean that EA open 2 trades and the second trade has:
1) same lot size
2) Stop loss the same as the first trade.
3) Take profit in points

 I would like to see Fractals and MA on the chart when EA is attached.
