 I would build an EA based on a Breakout  of Higher  and Lower of a period. 

The first position is based on a percent risk capital (wich is the target)

when the EA open position , it is checking each close candle.

 -if a candle closing at a price, which makes the trade loses, then the EA reverse position.

keeping the same target and stop loss, but changing the number of lot.

 -So for each new trade the EA have to recalculate the number of lot, for the reverse position.

according to the realized loss of the previous trade, and the number of lot of the previous trade and the slippage in settings.

if a coder speak french, it is easier for me.
