Create new EA base on TraderDream and Value Chart (Please give your quotation)

I would like to create new EA from scratch with the following requirements:

1) I want entry/exit the market when value chart touches OB/OS level. Buy_Level at -4, Close_Buy_Level at 8, Sell_Level at 4 and Close_Sell_Level at -8, set these level as default. I need the OB/OS to be configurable at the input parameters.

2) EA look at higher customizable time frame for trend confirmation. Option to turn to false.

3) When HTF and current time frame of TraderDream is blue line uptrend, EA can only buy base on requirement (1) OB/OS I have specify. Same analogy for red line downtrend. Need to have option at input parameters to exit on opposite arrow for both current time frame and HTF.

4) 1 trade per bar. If position is closed at current bar then wait till next bar to open new position.

5) For money management, I have 2 options. Set fixed lot as default.

Option 1: Fixed lot

Opening of fixed lot every time value chart touches OB/OS level. Option to set maximum number of already opened position at input parameters. Set default as 1.

Option 2: Fixed number of trade

I only want EA to open and close position for a certain number of trade. For example when HTF and current tf is blue line uptrend , I set number of trade to 3, then EA will only open buy and exit buy for 3 trades only. After that it will not open position and have to wait for current tf next available blue line uptrend.

For both options, exit position will be last in first out (LIFO) every time value chart touches OB/OS region.

6) I can specific SL/TP base on pips. An arrow to indicate buy/sell at the main chart. The arrow colour, size and distance can be customize. Alert which can changed to true/false when position is closed or opened.
