Need to create a custom indicator which looks at M5 candles and M1 candles and prints the rule outcome to the main chart window.

I have created an indicator file through the wizard and placed a comprehensive brief inside the file.

Need someone to please go through brief and send me a quote to create it using the indicator file created with the brief.
