MT4 Alert Indicator for RSI and Stoc.

I want to add an alert functionality (phone, email, alert) to my currently used RSI and Stoc. indicators

It needs to have the following options.

• I need to be able to switch the alert both ON and OFF.
• I need to be able to do the above for:
• Just the RSI or;
• Just the Stoc or;
• Both RSI and Stoc.
• I need to be able to set an option for the alert (in any of the above forms listed above) NOT to be sent between a predefined set of hours.  For example, no alert should be sent between 10pm and 6am or 11:47pm and 5:30am
• The alert also needs to allow me to define the parameters that prompt it - for example, currently, it's below or above 30 or above and below 70, but I'd like to ability to change this to 35 and 69 (if I want) for just the RSI or just the Stoc or Both.
• The alert should have the following description:
• [Currency Pair] [TimeFrame] [RSI or STO or both] [Description]
• For example: EURUSD M30 RSI Crossed above 60 or
• EURUSD H1 STO Crossed below 30 or
• EURUSD M15 BOTH Crossed above 30 or

I would also need a copy of the raw code, should further development be needed and you're not available.
