Mtf stochastic

To whom it may concern,

I am looking for someone to create a custom indicator that I can use for scalping on the sixty second, five minute, and fifteen minute charts.   I would like the flexibility to change the timeframe when needed.  I would like a stochastic indicator with set parameters, and then I would like another stochastic indicator with set parameters combined for the indicator. 

For instance, let’s say that I am on a five minute chart of the Eur/Usd and I have mtf custom stochastic (I will supply to developer) with the following settings from fifteen minute chart (K-period = 5, D-period = 3, Slowing = 3); then I would like a developer to add another stochastic with faster settings (i.e. (K-period =5, D-period = 1, Slowing = 1) from the five minute chart that I would be trading on.  I would then like the settings to only alert me when the following conditions are met:

On Five Minute Chart:

For a call signal:

-          The candles are above the 200 EMA on the 5 minute chart

-          The candles are above the 200 EMA on the 15 minute chart

-          The 5-3-3 stochastic has K-period above D-period

-          The K-period and/or the D-period line on the 5-1-1 stochastic touches an oversold condition I specify

-          Then an audible signal and pop up message is presented on my screen

For a Put Signal:

-          The candles are below the 200 EMA on the 5 minute charts

-          The candles are below the 200 EMA on the 15 minute charts

-          The 5-3-3 stochastic has K-period below D-period

-          The K-period and/or the D-period line on the 5-1-1 stochastic touches an overbought condition I specify

-          Then an audible signal and pop up message is presented on my screen

I would like there to be an arrow that would appear on my screen either above or below the candle that had the signal.
