Could anyone create expert for  ''Solar Wind Indicator'' + MA 20 ?

BUY:-
1- Solar Wind cross up 0 level + 2- price higher ma20

Exit  when solar cross down 0 level+ price lower ma 20

 SELL

1- Solar Wind Indicator CROSS DOWN 0  level from top to bottom + 2-  PRICE LOWER MA 20

Expert does not open more than one deal on the same pair until the closing of the transaction Open

Remember I want the ability to use both indicators together
or Only the solar be in  use

And be available in the settings


1-Also leaves us the freedom to change the settings of the moving average index and solar

2- i need moving averge be free to change between periods and MA Method =simple or Exponentinal


because some time i will replace Ma20 with Ma 50,70 100 , 200
