Fix my validation license issue on my 2 EA's

Spécifications

I have 2 EA's that are validated by an external server to make sure the licenses on the EA's are valid. The EA's seem to restart on the MT4 platform every 60 seconds causing opened trades not to be closed properly because the EA is not active as it re validates every 60 seconds. I need someone to look at the code and find out why it's causing the EA's to restart every 60 seconds and fix it. I provided a video to show the problem http://youtu.be/bocXNPGRTIw?hd=1
