Spécifications

I need an EA that can open an pending order Buy Stop and a Sell Stop an a specified time.

I want schedule the current cross for multiple time (Day1-time1, Day2-time2). Select SL and TP.

The pending order are at the maximum (Buystop) and minimum (sellstop) of the previous candle (or 2-3 candle) on TF 5min.

The strategy is post news on the major cross (GBP/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD). 5 min later the news put a pending order on the max and min of the previous candle.

Possibility of select % of money risk.  

Sunday I program the time for the ea operation, and during the week the ea work for me.
