2.       WHEN MOVEING AVERAGE 2 CROSS MOVEING AVERAGE 1  SELL HAS TO EXECUTE  (NOTE: The SELL entry(eg) should be taken the cross over bar or next bar whichever is LOWER)

* Using From Time and To Time, is used to decide the High and Low Prices that need to be Taken for Breakout computation.
