I want a MetaTrader4 trading robots programmer to design this trading robot :

(Environment of the trading robot)

- Diagram of Japanese Candles : (for all periods and currnecies)

- Parabolis Sar Indicator, with it's default information

(The Strategy that The I want the robot to do)

When the Parabolic Sar point changes (from up the candle's open price to down the candle's open price) or (from down the candle's open price to up the candle's open price) do the next :

- Close any deal still open

- Open a new deal, it's kind is :

(Buy) : if parabolic sar point changes from up to down

(Sell) : if parabolic sar point changes from down to up

and in both kinds, 

Stop loss price is about 0.0025

Take profit price is about 0.0045

I don't have a certain budget

I will hire who will ask lowes amount of money
