I want someone to program a simple buy/sell indicator that shows an arrow on the chart and a pop-up/sound alert using Parabolic sar and Simple moving Average with the following settings

Parabolic sar settings: step - 0.02, max - 0.2

Simple Moving Average - 20 - applied to close

1. Buy signal to be generated when a parabolic sar appears under a candlestick, and a candlestick crosses and closes above the simple moving average of 20. 

2. A sell signal to be generated when a parabolic sar appears above a candlestick, and a candlestick crosses and closes below the moving average.
