Spécifications

The EA should have the external "commastring". This string has the following structure:

ACTION,ID,PAIR,BUY_SELL,PRICE,TP,SL

ACTION could be "OPEN" or "STORN" or "PART_CLOSE"

ID is a number from 1 to 100

The positions should be open as an pending order, if ACTION="open".
After the position placed at Metarader, the EA should alert the tradingnumber.

If action="STORN", ID is the tradingnumber to close. The EA should close/delete this position.

If action="PART_CLOSE", ID is the tradingnumber to partial close. The EA should partial close the position an alert with the
new tradingnumber of the remaining position.

This task should be the first steps. I will need to extend the EA in future so I'm interested in working together with the coder
for the future.
