EMA M5 Forex EA with ATR Stops, Trailing, Risk Management and News Filter (MT5)

I need an MT5 Expert Advisor (EA) that trades forex pairs using the following strategy:

Timeframe: M5

Pairs: All forex pairs

Entry Buy:

Price above 9 EMA

9 EMA above 20 EMA

20 EMA above 60 EMA

Entry Sell:

Price below 9 EMA

9 EMA below 20 EMA

20 EMA below 60 EMA

Stop Loss: ATR(14) based, 1.5x ATR distance

Trailing Stop: Start trailing after +1 ATR profit

Risk Per Trade: 20% of account balance per trade

(Switch to 5% risk if equity falls below 70% of starting balance)

Max Open Trades: 2

Trade Filters:

No trading during high-impact news (30 minutes before and after)

No trading during low-volume hours (5 PM EST to 2 AM EST)

No trades if spread > 2 pips

Trade Management:

Move stop loss to break-even after +1 ATR profit

Partial close 50% at 1.5R, let remaining position trail

Other:

Equity protection: Disable robot if daily loss >30%

Use a unique magic number

Log trades and actions for review

Must be Strategy Tester compatible for backtesting.

Please code clean and allow for adjustable settings (risk %, ATR multiplier, trailing settings, session filters).
